Not much going on at the Henderson Household. I have been doing nothing but work for weeks. Last night I went out to a new investor meet up that is establishing itself in Hagerstown. Fun thing was that I met Santana Moss. I don’t meet well known people much and it was a humbling experience. After a nice conversation about some of his trials, tribulations, and wins, I know that he puts his pants on the same as everyone else just trying to get through this thing called life.

April showers bring May flowers…ugh…bring on the sun. April also brings the close of a busy tax season which means real estate season is blooming. Check out the chart. It looks like sales are starting to pick up. New Listings and New Contracts numbers are going up and days on market is moving down.
